I painted a picture for you to see

I sang a song for you to hear

I picked a rose for you to smell

I grew some grass for you to touch

But you did not look at my picture

You did not hear my song

You did not smell my rose

And you did not touch my grass.

Yesterday

Yesterday after school I went home. Mum asked if I would want to mow the lawns. Mum said "Go and get the petrol." I got the petrol for Mum. Mum put the petrol in the lawnmower. She started it. My Family

I have 5 people in my family their names are Ivan my dad Bianca my mum Samantha, my sister, and James my brother. Me and my brother go to Selwyn School. My sister goes to Kaitao Intermediate. My Mum is a Teacher Aide and my Dad is a Roofer. I am the middle child, my sister is the oldest and my brother is the youngest. I also have 2 sets of grandparents, Mike and Marion Hodge and Bob and Wendy Bottomly. I have lots of auntys and uncles.

My Trip Back To Rotorua

On the way back to Waiouru we stopped at the army museum. Cory and I played on the army tanks. We got a little bit bored. So we sat down with Dad and took some photos on my camera. We took photos of Mount Ruapehu then Nana called Dad on his cellphone. Cory and I got to talk to Nana then Mum came about ten minutes later. We said goodbye to Dad and drove to Turangi where we had Burger King for lunch. Then Mum called Paul and said we'd be home in an hour or so. We drove to Taupo where we had an icecream. Then we came in to Rotorua and came home.

"Our Likes" Posters

In Room 13 we were learning how to do illustrations. Mrs Ball showed us how. We had to think about the main characters and the setting when we made our design. Kiara won first prize for her awesome design, and Fern ad Daisy earned 2nd equal.
